How do I gain access to the Patient Portal?
To gain access to the Patient Portal simply sign up by providing us with a personal e-mail address. Each patient will need their own e-mail address. Shared e-mail addresses cannot be used. Once you are web-enabled you will receive your username and password to log in to the Patient Portal. Click on the login button below. Log in to the Patient Portal with your secure username and password and begin the journey of accessing your healthcare records and having the ability to request your needs.
