Dr. Jacqueline Champlain is a board-certified family medicine physician and Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, committed to delivering whole-person care to patients of all ages. She brings a patient-centered approach to medicine, emphasizing preventive care, chronic disease management, and shared decision-making.
Dr. Champlain earned her medical degree from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Illinois and completed residency in Family Medicine at Adventist Hinsdale Hospital in Illinois. She has a special interest in women's health, mental wellness, and empowering patients to take an active role in their health journey.
Known for her thoughtful communication and dedication to equity in healthcare, Dr. Champlain is also a recognized advocate for improving access and quality in primary care.
